To celebrate Tongan Language Week, Room 12 worked on several different activities regarding Tongan Foods, cultural practices and famous Tongans. Check out Demitrius' Blog post about Steven Adams! What other famous Tongans do you know?
Kia Ora Demitruis and Room 12, This blog post on Stevan Adems is very informational and intriguing. I like how this is clear and holds a good amount of information. I had no idea that he was Tongan or that his middle name was Funaki. When I searched him up on online, I found out that his father, fathered 18 children altogether with 5 women! Can you imagine that? I do not know any other famous Tongans, but there must be a few famous Tongan rugby league and rugby union players. Next time, you could publish it to the web instead of downloading it as I am not able to play the videos. Thanks for sharing. Zara @ Belfast School
